Spacious one bedroom flat on third floor (with lift) in beautiful period building.  There is a large and very light living room facing west with three sash windows - complete with curtains.  Kitchen is semi separate with wooden work top, freestanding silver refrigerator, oven, hob, plenty of storage cupboards and a washer dryer.  The double bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and also curtains and a black out blind.  The bathroom has a shower over a bath.  There are two good sized storage cupboards in the hallway and there is an entry phone.  The entire flat has been recently redecorated in neutral shades.  Sea and sunset views from living room. Close to all the shops and restaurants in Church Rd and to the King Alfred Centre gym and swimming pool.
