WHAT THE OWNER SAYS:

'We have lived in this house for nearly 40 years and brought up our children here. With almost a lifetime of memories we will be sad to leave but know it is finally time to move on to a smaller home.

The reasons we love living here? Because it is quiet and there is plenty of fresh air. It is easy to get to Brighton with all of its many attractions, but we can come home and leave behind the hustle and bustle of the City. We can easily get to Newhaven for the ferry to France; to the pretty surrounding villages; to the seaside; and to London. Woodingdean is a great place for families with children - and the icing on the cake? - we have lovely neighbours and we are part of a friendly community!

The house has changed a lot over the years - it has got bigger and better! It is light and spacious - great for family get-togethers and parties - with panoramic views and breathtaking 'skyscapes' from the living room and back garden. You can also enjoy magnificent sunsets from the back of the house and the garden, and in winter ?free? firework displays!

The house is very versatile. Since our children moved away the 4th bedroom has been used as an office/sitting room - in the past it has also been used as a playroom or ?den?. The workshop and storage areas are very handy and offer scope for use as a studio or even conversion into further living accommodation.'

Whoever buys this house will in my opinion acquire a real ?gem?. We hope they will enjoy living here and make as many happy memories as we have.
