" With an extra addition to the family, our sellers have now outgrown their two double bedroom family home. Location is ideal for James and Emily as they have two children and with Coombe Road primary school located just a short walk away alleviates the stressful early runs. The property itself has a bright modern feel to it, whilst retaining character and charm, yet with its minimalist decor it still offers scope for the new owners to really put their stamp on it. In the time they have been there, they have had a new white bathroom suite fitted, relayed a new flat roof, replace doors and floors and redecorated throughout.Situated within walking distance to Brighton sea front and city centre, the popular Coombe Road area could be ideal for families, investors or first time buyers.

What the Owner says:

When we were first looking for our home, the first thing that attracted us to Ladysmith Road was its close proximity to local shops, schools and bus routes into the city centre and beyond. We loved how spacious the rooms were as we had seen so many compact ones already, but with the front aspect being south facing, sun was beaming through the lounge/diner and even into the kitchenFeeling now that the house is too small for us and having done all that we can do to it, we feel its time to move on. The thing we will miss the most is our lovely rear garden, which in the summer is where we spend most of our time soaking up both morning and afternoon sun.
