" Situated on a desirable residential road close to the amenities of Brighton city centre, this pretty pastel blue terraced property offers bright and airy accommodation over three floors with lovely views over the city from the bedrooms. Flexible rooms suit the needs of a growing family who will enjoy living in a great location within walking distance of well-regarded local schools, recreational facilities and the seafront. Beautifully presented throughout, the house is decorated in a modern style with white walls and a mix of carpet and wood floors and includes a number of period features such as bay windows and cornicing. One of the property's highlights is its lower ground floor open-plan living space, which encompasses areas for relaxing, dining and cooking; in the summer months the space can be extended further by throwing open the French doors in the kitchen onto the garden patio. The space extends from the front to the back of the house with wood floor throughout; there is a sitting room with a window to the front and a wood fireplace with wood burner and built in shelves and cabinets on either side. The room then leads through a space for a dining table to the kitchen, which has white gloss cabinets topped with Corian worktops. A mix of wall and floor units includes a breakfast bar and a good variety of drawers and cupboards, while integrated appliances include a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Two bedrooms are located on the upper ground floor: a double bedroom with built in wardrobes overlooks the street from a bay window, while a second bedroom at the back has a sunny alcove window overlooking the garden which would make a lovely vanity/dressing table area. A family bathroom on this floor is decorated in soothing white and stone tiles, with an integrated bath tub with shower over.

On the first floor there is a bedroom to the rear with lovely views over Brighton which could easily be used as a study, with the master bedroom occupying the front of the property. The good-sized room has a bay window which floods the room with natural light; the sense of space is further enhanced by a wall of built-in wardrobes with mirrored doors. Useful shelves are also built into the opposite wall, providing additional storage. A sliding frosted glass door opens onto the en suite bathroom, which has a glass cubicle shower and a wall-mounted basin. Feature tiling adds colour.
