" Attractive two double bedroom bay fronted family home. When first out looking for a house, Jan was ideally looking for something that she could just move straight into as she openly admits DIY is not her strongest trait. Seeing Hartington Road after looking at so many excited her.In the two and a half years she has lived there, she actually hasn’t had to do much, however there is now room for the new proprietors to decorate the house to their taste. Not having a car has meant that she has had to rely on the local public transport, so having the 21 bus stop practically outside her door and other services just a short walk up to Elm Grove has been imperative to her. The garden is the thing that our seller most loves and adores. Laid with wood chip with some lawn and patio is great for her as she has cats and dogs and there is never too much gardening for her to keep on top of.

What the Owner says:

We would often sit for hours, my partner and I in the garden just relaxing or cooking on the barbeque. We get the sun most of the day from 9 in the morning until sunset which is so lovely.One of my favourite things that I will miss the most about the house is the bathroom, its so spacious and light, its so rare that you can enjoy having a bath and a shower, I have loved having the option of relaxing reading a book in a bubble bath or having a quick shower when time isn’t on my side.
