" IF WE COULD PICK THE HOUSE UP AND TAKE IT WITH US WE WOULD! Obviously the owners can't do that so someone else is going to enjoy this fantastic home that has been looked after and cared for. It's not just a house that the owners love, it is the location too. A quiet cul de sac of 20 or so houses located in Beaumont Park, situated between Littlehampton and Rustington town centres, both offering a range of shops, leisure facilities and schools.The property has a good size frontage, which boasts off road parking and a front lawn. The front door opens to a hallway that leads straight into the semi-open plan living space that still feel like separate formal rooms. The lounge is front facing whilst the dining room has patio doors that overlook the rear garden. The kitchen has been re-modelled and has access out to the garden. There is also a handy area just before you go upstairs that is currently used as a study area.Upstairs, all three bedrooms are larger than average and the bathroom has been refitted in recent years.Outside the garden has been improved with two decked seating areas and handy outside lighting and power points.

We initially viewed the house because it was detached and within our budget, but when we drove into the Close for the first time, we knew it wouldn't be our last!The property felt right from the start and the welcoming space was what we were looking for.We have really enjoyed making lots of friends in the Close and we hope that the next owners enjoy it as much as us.
