We have loved living here and bringing up our family in this house.It is a sunny, cosy home and we have worked on the garden to make the most of the south facing position. We can sit out til late on sunny summer nights!Being a cul de sac it is quiet and friendly and our kids have always been able to play out safely with their friends.The Patcham schools are all in short walking distance, as are the shops.We hope whoever buys our house will have as much enjoyment from it as we have.
