" If you’re looking for a house in good condition with a garage and garden for around £225,000 then you’re in luck!
The most requested property type we have is for houses with a garden under the £250,000 stamp duty threshold. So as you will no doubt have guessed we are expecting plenty of interest in this house, we feel it represents good value for money in this still busy market place.
Carden Crescent is within easy walking distance of bus routes and local shops, including the new Sainsbury’s Local. The accommodation is bright and modern, so although you may want to change the odd thing to suit your own personal tastes, we don’t feel that any work is essential and you should be able to move your furniture in and starting enjoying the property straight away. The 17' 8 kitchen is modern and has two windows and a door to the rear garden, making it a bright and sunny room with a pleasant outlook.
The rear garden is a real selling point of this property. It’s a good size and the current owner has put a lot of work in to levelling it off, so it provides a safe space for children. The majority is laid to lawn and there is also a patio area for table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining!
We feel this is a lovely home and would suggest booking an early viewing to avoid disappointment.

What the Owner says:

I have lived here for 11 years and will be sad to leave this house, it’s been a great home and I have been very happy here. However, I am relocating out of the area so the time has come to move on.
The neighbours here are fantastic – one of them has helped do a lot of work on our house, including the garden! Talking of the garden, it’s a real sun trap and there is always some part of the garden in the sunshine throughout the day.
The location is great – you can be on the A27 and A23 within minutes, plus there is an excellent local bus service in to town. There are local shops within walking distance and on street parking has never been an issue, plus we have the garage too.
