This semi detached bungalow has been well kept and has the essentials such as double glazing and central heating. The property would benefit from some updating, making it an ideal purchase for somebody looking to put their own stamp on their new home. Neighbouring properties have been extended both on the ground floor and within the roof space to create spacious family living accommodation.Outside there is good sized rear garden backing on to the nature reserve and is mostly laid to lawn with paved patio seating area which is quiet and secluded. A shared driveway that leads on to a further section of private driveway and a garage with up and over door.This part of Mackie Avenue is very popular as it is the quieter end of the road, although it still isn’t too far to wander down to the shops. Having lived here for over 20 years this really does feel like home as you can imagine, but I know the time is right for me to look at downsizing.I have enjoyed lots of happy times here and many of them have been centred around the rear garden which is secluded and gets lots of sunshine.Many of the bungalows along here have been extended and it seems like most have loft conversions, so I think this is a definite possibility for the new owner in the future.
