" If you are looking for a contemporary, stylish, spacious house with plenty of character then look no further than this beautifully presented art deco house. This could easily be the best house in the road and it is available with no ongoing chain!
The house is truly ready to be moved straight into by the lucky new owner who will find feature after feature, like the superb kitchen breakfast room, the open plan lounge dining room, utility room or the luxury bathroom. The position of the house is great as you are slightly raised from the road giving a more private feel and there isn’t a house looking straight back at you when you look out the front windows, instead there is a lovely open view. In addition there are no houses to the rear.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms and off the master bedroom there is a balcony which is ideal for the morning sun – Ideal for breakfast?

I have lived at the property for 5 years and have worked hard to renovate it and get it like it is now. I have now had a change in circumstances and I am looking to start my own business so I need to raise some money.Although I think I have done a good job, I haven’t finished everything I was going to do as I had planned to landscape the garden, but the size and space is there for the new buyer to make it as they want.I have really enjoyed living here and have never had any issues with noise, parking or neighbours.
