" After over 60 years in the same family this house is now looking for a new owner!
The property has been well loved and could be moved straight into, but we feel it would also suit buyers who want a project so they can really make it their own. The property is really bright and has a nice feel to it, with lots of natural light flooding through the double glazed windows and we’re sure you’ll agree the rooms are spacious and well laid out. Also with winter fast approaching, you’ll be pleased to know there is also gas central heating.
Although it is a two bedroom house, many similar houses have been altered to make a third bedroom by dividing the biggest bedroom, but if this is of interest you would naturally have to gain the necessary consents.
One of the best features to the house is the rear garden, which doubles as an orchard with an apple tree (believed to be ‘Beauty of Bath’) upon which we have rarely seen so many apples. If whoever buys this house is keen on a crumble of two then they’ll be in heaven! Apart from the ‘orchard’ the garden still has lots of space and will suit families, keen gardeners or a mixture of both.
The location is excellent for local shops and bus services, although this end of the road is generally fairly quiet.
This property won’t be available for long, so call us now to book a visit.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

This property has been in our family for so long it almost feels like part of the family!I think it will appeal to people looking for big room sizes and who want light and airy rooms. We always found living here so convenient for normal everyday life, as you can walk to a selection of shops in 5 minutes, but aren’t on a main road. I hope whoever buys the house will find it as good as we have and they’ll certainly inherit good neighbours on both sides.
