'This is a great house and I have loved living here. It's in an excellent location for commuting, being so close to the A27 and A23, and with a bus stop opposite getting into town only takes 15 minutes. Parking is free and always easy here.

The house is lovely and light and really spacious. The ground floor flows really well, perfect for entertaining and socialising. The best feature is the garden, you get sunshine all day and all evening. The large patio has seen many summer BBQs and my friends love visiting.

The double bedrooms have lots of storage, and downstairs more has been added going all the way under the stairs. The boiler is less than 3 years old, and the loft was professionally insulated as well, so it is reasonable to run and maintain.

My neighbours on both sides are lovely, and we have often helped each other out.
