" What a great house! - First impressions are so important and this was ours when we were walking up to this house for the first time. Well positioned on an angle from the road this house has real kerb appeal. Once we got inside it got even better starting with a feature stunning entrance hall with its vaulted ceiling. The house is really impressive and has been decorated and finished in style and to a high standard, including recesses for plasma screens and a gloss black fitted kitchen. We don’t see gloss black used very often and to be honest we wouldn’t have been too sure it would work, but seeing it against the white walls and wood block worktops it really stands out, looks fantastic and is a real feature of the downstairs. There are three good size double bedrooms and the fourth room is a decent single, although it was used mainly as the office. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a luxury feel with its en-suite shower room. The house is bright and spacious with lots of natural light and all the ‘expected’ things are here like double glazing, central heating and family rear garden. In addition there is ample parking for several cars as there is a sweeping driveway which leads to a garage. If you have the right budget then this house is definitely worth a visit.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here happily for a few years and everything in the house has been either put in or improved on since we have owned it. Being in the ‘Trade’ has meant we have been able to get things just the way we want them and our young family have enjoyed living here. Now the time has come to move on and with a growing family we are now looking for something even bigger!
