" This home is truly out of this world, which you can see for yourself in its very own observatory built in the garden. The current owners had it erected for their son who was a keen astronomer but you could have an office out there or a playroom. So, you can never judge a book by its cover. Although this is a well presented home from the outside it is when you cross the threshold that it really starts to show the true wow factor. There is an amazing feeling of space in the open plan living room, which is beautifully light, complimented by stripped wood floorboards and light/neutral décor. There are also contemporary twists with curved walls. Upstairs the owners have also added a handy loo, great for families or if you have guests round, as well as a beautifully finished bathroom. There is a great family feel to the area and it boasts many good local amenities including the increasingly popular Hertford Junior and Infant School. I think the fact it is the first time it has been available for over thirty years shows this place has been really cherished. The effort and care that has been put into it really shows.

What the Owner says:

I have loved living in my home for about 31 years and have raised my family here. We were first attracted to the area as we knew schools were going to be important. Since living here we have found the neighbourhood to be really friendly and also very convenient for hopping on the bus into town from Stanmer Villas, just down the road. We really liked the space inside but the garden is a good size too and even has sea views! We have updated and improved our home ‘top to toe’ including adding a new kitchen, new bathroom and landscaping the garden.
