'When I first bought the flat I was really impressed with the fantastic views over Brighton, the sun sets in the evening are spectacular, as are watching fireworks. I will really miss sitting at the dining table looking out at the views over the Downs, it really helps me to be creative when I have to sit and write lengthy reports. There is always a great amount of daylight in the flat, even on the darkest days you feel like there is lots of light.
