" I was delighted to be asked to market this spacious three storey maisonette with a good sized garden which would get the afternoon and evening sun. The location is ‘second to none’ being in the ‘Golden Triangle’, which is close enough to walk to Brighton and the station but removed nicely to enjoy a more peaceful ambiance. The boutique Preston Park Tavern is located up the road which offers great gastro food or the Cleveland is located round the corner which is a more traditional style pub. There are a good range of local amenities including a local store for essentials on Havelock Road, other facilities are nearby on Preston Drove, Beaconsfield Road and Fiveways. You are also perfectly situated for green spaces between Blakers Park which has a cafe and a great childrens play area or Preston Park which also has a cafe and a wider range of recreational facilities. The maisonette has a good blend of character features including large sashed windows, high ceilings combined with a Victorian style fireplace with a gas living flame fire. The current owners have also done a loft conversion with ‘pop-up’ Juliette balcony.

What the Owner says:

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at our home for about six years now!We absolutely love the area, so much so we are just hoping to move locally. It has great local pubs, parks nearby and a handy convenience store for those forgotten essentials. We added a 'pop up' Juliette balcony to our loft room which we feel makes a nice feature. We love the light and airy feel, helped by large windows and high ceilings, which also gives the place a truly spacious feel. The bathroom is big and traditional, which we also really love.
