" Delightful three bedroom three storey house which has been improved whilst still offering period features. The front door opens to the entrance hallway with door to the bright living room. This room has a lovely bay window and period fireplace. There is a separate dining room with feature wall and serving hatch through to the kitchen. The spacious kitchen is to the rear of the property and has plenty of wall and base units, integrated appliances and access to the garden. Upstairs there is a beautiful large bathroom. It is contemporary with grey slate flooring, pearlescent mosaic tiles, twin sinks, wc, modern freestanding double ended bath and large walk in shower. There are two double bedrooms on this floor, both of a good size. Up on the third floor there is a fabulous large double attic bedroom which is bright and spacious. There are also lovely roof top views from this room. Outside the garden is split level, with a decked terrace and plenty of storage within 2 sheds.
