The kitchen and bathroom have both been stylishly refitted. The decor has also been done in a stylish fashion and it’s certainly a home you’d be proud to bring your friends and family to.The garden to the rear is a low maintenance patio style with raised herbaceous borders and being westerly facing.

What the Owner says:

We chose this house because of its great location, you have everything within walking distance.
We enjoyed doing it up and loved living in the area. If you choose to live here you'll have great neighbours in the street with a good community feel to it!
The area is even better now it's permit parking, you'll never have to struggle for a parking space! The road itself is very quiet and very safe for cats!
It's a perfect entertaining house with the patio garden, which becomes a sun trap in the height of the summer and is great for summer barbecues.
Overall this is a perfect house in a nice quiet area of Brighton.
