What the Owner says:

Our apartment has been home to us for the last 12 years and has been a fantastic place to live. Due to an expanding family we have to upsize in our accommodation, but will leave Park Royal behind with a heavy heart.Park Royal is a well run development, we have a residents committee which meet regularly and there is a real community feel. Our favourite aspects of living here are the fact that everything including the beach is literally on our doorstep, it's a quiet and peaceful location being set back from Montpelier Road and the communal gardens are great for entertaining alfresco style. We hope the new owner will be very happy here and wish them luck in their new home.
