" This area of Bury, Sunnybank, is a very popular residential location. This is at the bottom end of Sunnybank Road, walking distance to houses of worship, local schools and other local amenities.
DESCRIPTION: A spacious 2 bed detached bungalow located off Sunnybank Road.
Driveway for at least 4 vehicles with a small garden to the front, and a wrap-round large south-facing garden to the rear- property occupies the corner plot, and so has the largest grounds on the road- really has to be viewed to be fully appreciated.
