The House;

What first struck me when attending this property was the good position within the development. The home faces the entrance to a small cul-de-sac and a neighbouring property is stood at a different angle which means their is a feeling of space that is not always associated with modern developments. The rear garden also enjoys a surprising level of privacy.

Internally our client has maintained the home to an impressive standard and has owned the property since it was first constructed in 2007. It is important to note that ‘big ticket‘ items such as the kitchen, en-suite and boiler have been replaced.
