" A wonderful and impeccably presented semi-detached home?Beautiful private 70? west-facing garden?Large fitted kitchen?Modern four-piece family bathroom?2 double bedrooms..2 reception rooms?Approximately quarter of a mile from shops and facilities on Wimborne Road

An incredibly convenient location being approximately quarter of a mile from shops and facilities on Wimborne Road, Winton and a lovely landscaped private rear garden are just a few features of this very well presented, semi-detached character home.

The current owners chose this wonderful property years ago as their first home, because of the sunny westerly rear garden, great accommodation and incredibly convenient location, knowing it would be a wonderful place to raise a family.

Since then they have tastefully improved their home, decorating throughout in pale colours and soft shades, creating a bright yet cosy feel. They have also removed the wall between the formal dining room and hallway, creating a much more user friendly space.

Features include a welcoming sitting room with bay window and coal-effect gas fire, a well planned spacious fitted kitchen/breakfast room and modern four- piece family bathroom with separate shower cubicle.

This fine home further benefits from double glazing (with a new front door), gas central heating installed in 2007 (with a modern Worcester Bosch boiler) and two very good- sized double bedrooms.

The rear garden measures approximately 70? in length and has been landscaped. It is enclosed by panel fencing and mature hedging with shrubs and trees and a large area of well-tended lawn accessed by central steps from a paved sun terrace. This private and established garden is accessed by doors from the kitchen as well as a pedestrian path and gate leading down the side of the property from the front. The front is bounded by a low level brick wall and laid to stone/gravel for ease of maintenance.

A diverse range of shops, bars and restaurants are just over one quarter of a mile away on Wimborne Road Winton, whilst the beautiful seaside town of Bournemouth with its stunning sandy beach and the mainline train station are both approximately two miles distant.
