" This is a very cosy 4 double bedroom semi-detached house. Each room has a double bed, a matching wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair. There is a large lounge with a three seater and two seater leather sofas & coffee table This coming year we will be providing a large flat screen TV with Virgin Cable TV and wireless broadband included in the price. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle as well as a fitted bath and wc. A fully fitted kitchen with ... Ample cupboards & fitted worktops Gas hob and electric oven Large Fridge/Freezer Washing Machine Tumble Dryer Door to the side of house for the back garden Matching bedroom furniture in each room as are the leather sofas in the lounge. The house is heated by Gas central heating which is under the Gold maintenance plan with Aquacare who are a subsidiary to Bournemouth and West Hants Water Co. who service it regularly and provide us wirth a Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate. The house has had cavity wall and loft insulation to reduce heating bills. The house is fully carpeted and in very good order. All the windows are double glazed. There is a large rear garden and we provide a gardener at our cost to keep it tidy. The above is the minimum that will be in the house. Over time other items will have been added and we always advise viewing the property since each of our homes have their own character. "
