PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The property sits on the corner of Warnford Road and Petersfield Road, its generous gardens wrapping around three sides of the property, a driveway to the alternate side leading to a detached garage.

In our opinion the plot offers excellent scope to extend (subject to the necessary planning permissions and building regulation approval) although the property does already offer spacious accommodation.

A small entrance porch gives access to the property where a further door opens in to a spacious hallway which has stairs to the first floor and doors to all ground floor rooms.
