This quirky two bedroom apartment is set in a popular location, just a short walk from both Boscombe shopping precinct and local sandy beaches, stretching from Mudeford spit in East  to Sandbanks peninsular in the West. Local transport links into Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch are also nearby as are a number of popular primary schools. 

The apartment, which is set on the first floor and is well presented throughout would make a great first time buy or buy to let purchase with it also benefitting from a share within the freehold, UPVC double glazing, gas fired central heating and an allocated off road parking space. 

The accommodation is as follows: 

A communal side entrance door opens up onto a small entrance hallway, with stairs leading to all floors. The subject apartment can be found on the first floor.

The living room is a great size, with high ceilings and a large box bay window to the front flooding the room with natural light, both of which make an already large room feel even bigger. The master bedroom is a good size and will comfortably take a double bed or larger. There are built in mirror fronted sliding wardrobes offering hanging and shelving facilities and a UPVC window to the side aspect. 

The second bedroom is a really quirky little room with 4 or five steps leading down to the bedroom making it feel incredibly cosy. Not quite a double, it is a good single and windows to both the side and rear aspects make it lovely and bright. 

The shower room has been modernised in recent years and is fitted with a fully tiled walk in shower cubicle, low level flush WC and vanity wash hand basin. 

Externally, the apartment benefits from an allocated off road parking space to the front of the development and there is a communal area of lawn with drying facilities to the  rear.
