The front door opens into the entrance hallway, with doors and archway to all principle rooms. The stairs rise to the first floor landing and an archway leads through to the kitchen.

The kitchen has a window to the front aspect, a range of base units and drawers under a rolled top work surface with inset four ring stainless steel hob with electric oven under, tiled splash backs leading up to a matching range of wall units, space for a tall fridge/freezer, space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher, and a one and a half bowl stainless steel sink.
