" This charming three bedroom end of terrace property is located within close proximity to Verwoods main supermarket and offers two reception rooms on the ground floor, a conservatory, kitchen and a good size master bedroom with built in furniture. The property also benefits from an allocated parking space and a single garage with power and light.

UPVC door leads through to entrance hallway, with stairs leading to first floor landing, electric heater and a door through to the living room.
The living room is a good size, with UPVC double glazed window to the front aspect. To one wall is a decorative brick built surround fire currently fitted with an electric fire and a ceiling light connection point.
There is a door through to the dining area with electric heater, with ceiling light connection point. There is a large understairs storage cupboard with pipework enabling a cloakroom to be installed if required, and sliding patio doors leading through to the conservatory and a door through to the kitchen.
The kitchen has a UPVC double glazed window to the rear aspect and is fitted with a range of base units and drawers under a roll edge worktop, with space for an electric cooker, space and plumbing for slim line dishwasher, space for a tall fridge/freezer and washing machine, inset stainless steel sink, splash backs lead up to a matching range of wall units.
The conservatory has electric heating and sliding patio doors leading to the rear garden. It is brick plinth construction and UPVC surround, with solid patio doors leading to a covered area which is ideal for storage.
Stairs in the previously mentioned entrance hallway lead up to the first floor landing with doors to all accommodation.
The family bathroom has a double glazed window to the side and is fitted with a WC, wash hand basin, panelled bath with shower attachment over and shower curtain and is partly tiled, a shaving point and wall mounted electric heater.
