Full description:
The front of the property is accessed via a double glazed and brick built Entrance Porch which has double opening doors to the front and a window to the front aspect. There is then a door that leads to the Entrance Hall which has a radiator, two cloaks hanging areas, staircase leads to the first floor with a recess beneath for storage and doors that lead to the cloakroom, living room and also to the kitchen.

The Cloakroom has a double glazed obscure glass window to the front aspect, low level W.C, wash hand basin inset into a vanity unit with cupboards under, a wall mounted cupboard for storage and the walls are partially tiled to splash backs.

The Living Room is a lovely large and airy room with a double glazed box bay window to the front aspect, radiator, television and telephone points; double bi- folding doors lead to the dining room and a particular feature of this room is a fantastic brick built inglenook fireplace with an inset wood burner and cupboard that leads directly to the external log store.
