" A deceptively spacious three double bedroom family home, with generous ground floor accommodation, a large stunning rear garden, ample frontage, situated in one of Verwoods premier locations. Lake Road is conveniently located within close proximity to delightful walks, bus stops and the doctors surgery. CALL NOW TO AVIOD MISSING OUT.

Front door opens into the entrance hallway. There is a door to the downstairs cloakroom with a window to the front, low level WC and wash hand basin. There are stairs rising to the first floor landing and a door into the sitting room.
The sitting room is a superb spacious room with a window to the front aspect, a feature fireplace with attractive surround, there is an open arch and opening through into the dining room, which again provides ample space for a dining table and chairs and has double French doors opening onto the patio and the rear garden.
