" Set one road back from the seafront, this fantastic family home painted throughout in a neutral colour scheme. The front garden is laid to lawn, with a path to the front door.
Through the front door into the large hallway, with a cloakroom comprising of a w.c and basin. The living space is open plan and runs the complete depth of the house. The lounge area at the front of the property has a lovely bay window, and a feature fire surround. To the rear, the dining area has patio doors with access to the rear garden.
There is also a door through to the kitchen.
The cottage style kitchen is fully fitted, with plenty of base and eye level units. It comes with an oven, hob extractor fan and a fridge freezer and lino flooring.
There is access to the rear garden through the back door.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a rear aspect with views over the back garden. It is a very generous size, with a basin and double built in cupboards.
The second bedroom is a good size double, with front aspect and sea glimpses. Also with double built in cupboards.
