Ibsley is a small hamlet surrounded by picturesque walks and beautiful scenery. The property itself backs onto and overlooks a private lake at the far end of the garden. The bungalow is set in quiet surroundings but is still within an easy commute of the A338 and A31, both of which provide convenient access to surrounding towns and cities. The garden has been well looked after and maintained by the present owners and provides a range of shaded and sunny outlooks. The front entrance porch leads into the hallway with the main sitting room located at the front of the property overlooking the front garden with feature fireplace and interconnecting door into the dining room which provides plenty of space for entertaining family or guests. The kitchen has a large range of wall and floor mounted units with breakfast bar, sink and display units with a door out into the large glass conservatory overlooking the garden and fish pond. The property also has two bedrooms with a modern family bathroom with fitted bath, wash hand basin and vanity area along with W.C and separate shower cubicle. There is also an additional W.C and wash hand basin located off the hallway. The owners have converted the loft into a hobbies room with sky light and fitted storage. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with well established shrub borders and is split in to 2 key areas; a formal garden with feature fish pond and a further enclosed garden for the use of cultivating vegetables. An area of timber decking lies adjacent to the rear of the property with views looking down the garden. A covered pergola provides an attractive seating area perfect for alfresco dining. Towards the rear of the garden glimpses of a private lake can be seen between the trees. A range of outbuildings include 2 greenhouses, shed and potting shed.
