" An extended, four bedroom end of terrace house situated in this popular residential road in Hightown on the outskirts of Ringwood. The double glazed door affords access into the enclosed porch with further doors to the integral garage and the main entrance hall. The main entrance hallway has doors to the kitchen and the lounge with stairs to the first floor. The lounge is a well proportioned room with double doors out to the rear garden and patio area. The extension has provided another ground floor reception room, currently being used as a bedroom, but could also be utilised as a study. The kitchen comprises a range of wall mounted and base units in a white finish with contrasting work tops and flooring. A door from the kitchen leads out to the rear garden and patio. The utility room has a window overlooking the garden and a separate door onto the patio.
Upstairs there are three/four bedrooms and the family bathroom. The main bedroom is a good sized room situated to the front aspect, also benefitting from the extension to the side. The second bedroom is another double room located at the rear of the house, with an adjoining room, formed by way of the extension and adaptable in its uses to the master or second bedroom. The third bedroom has also been extended from the standard box room making a larger more practical living space. The family bathroom comprises a neutral white suite incorporating vanity unit with inset wash hand basin and low level WC with concealed cistern and a panelled bath with shower over.
