Internally accommodation comprises; sitting room with bay window to the front elevation with built in window seat, attractive fireplace with wood burner and wooden mantle. Separate dining room which overlooks an area of decking to the rear. Fitted kitchen with white wall and base units having adjoining wood effect worktops. Inset stainless steel, single bowl sink unit with single drainer and mixer tap. Built in oven with four ring gas hob. Doors provide access out to the garden and to the; ground floor bathroom with three piece white suite comprising; low level W.C, pedestal wash hand basin and panelled bath.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes which provide hanging and storage space and an ensuite shower room with enclosed shower cubicle and tray, low level W.C and wash hand basin.
Other features include wood effect flooring throughout the ground floor, stripped doors and gas radiator heating.

Outside to the rear there is a covered, decked area which immediately abuts the property, a step leads down to a pathway (which next door have right of way across) before the majority of the garden which is enclosed and private. There are two areas which are laid to small stones for ease of maintenance with various shrubs and borders, beyond this is a section of lawn. All of which is bound by fencing with a pedestrian gate for access.
