PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Entrance to the property via a covered porch, door into the entrance hall. There is an under stair storage cupboard, a fitted cloak cupboard, and a downstairs cloakroom. The cloakroom comprises a WC and wash hand basin, and has an obscured glazed window.

The kitchen breakfast room is at the front of the house and has a range of modern cream, eye and base level units with tiled surround, this includes glass panelled display cupboards with downlighters. There is an inset sink and drainer unit positioned in front of the window that overlooks the well maintained communal gardens at the front. There is an integrated NEFF oven and gas hob with extractor, with space for a full size dishwasher, a washing machine and a tall fridge freezer, as well as a table and chairs.

Across the rear of the house is the sitting room, it has a modern wall mounted electric fire, and a window looking out over the rear garden. Bifold doors lead into the lovely pitched roof conservatory, which is brick base and UPVC construction, with a radiator, and doors in to the garden.

On the first floor is the airing cupboard housing the mega flow system and providing useful storage. There is an oversized loft hatch with a wooden fold away ladder making access to the good size loft very easy.

Bedroom two is a double room and is at the rear overlooking the garden, and has built in wardrobes.

The master suite is a particular feature, not only does it have space for a large bed with bedside tables, but also has a dressing/seating area where there are plenty of built in wardrobes, a perfect space for a dressing table/desk in the bay of one of the windows, and space for a chair. A further Velux window provides lots of natural light to the room. It has en-suite shower room comprising shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC, and has part tiled walls and a heated towel rail.

The main bathroom has a white suite comprising panelled bath with mixer tap and shower attachment, a WC and wash hand basin. A large Velux window provides lots of light.

At the front of Chewton Mews, there is the residents allocated parking spaces, as well as some visitor parking. There is an attractive and well established communal garden which provides a high degree of privacy to the front aspect.

The rear garden is incredibly private and backs on to the well-established gardens beyond. It is laid to patio for ease of maintenance and has shrubbed borders. This makes for a perfect sunny seating area. A gate provides side access to the front of the house.
