Directional Note: From the shops in Highcliffe, proceed east along the Lymington Road and turn left at the traffic lights into Gordon Road. At the end, turn left into Chewton Common Road and proceed to the end, tuning right into Braemar Drive, where the bungalow can be found on the right hand side.

Located just a short walk from Highcliffe town centre and just beyond its cliff top and views across Christchurch Bay to The Isle Of Wight. Heading inland, Highcliffe is on the edge of the New Forest National Park which is a real draw to ramblers and nature lovers.

There are great local transport links with local bus stops and the nearby Hinton Admiral train station giving access to numerous destinations, including London Waterloo within two hours. 

You enter the bungalow via a porch and into a good size hallway. This leads in to the ground floor accommodation. the airing cupboard is in the hall and houses the hot water tank. On the rear you have the living room and a separate dining room, both of which have doors that lead to the superb 21ft glass pitched roof conservatory. From all of these rooms you benefit from an outlook over the wonderful rear garden.
