" First time on the market for 50 years this two bedroom detached bungalow on a wonderful plot being 161' long and 50' wide which the current owner has planted and nurtured and really must be viewed to be fully appreciated.

Highcliffe-on-Sea is a small town/village to the east of Christchurch and to the west of Barton on Sea. The town lies on a picturesque stretch of Solent coastline with views of the Isle of Wight and its 'Needles' rock formation. The New Forest National Park is to the north. Educational establishments in the town include Highcliffe St Marks Primary School and Highcliffe School. The high street offers a Post Office as well as a Doctors Surgery complemented by a mixture of local shops for day to day necessities. Fine dining is available at the Lord Bute and Chewton Glen; there are a number of coffee shops and informal restaurants in the high street and close to the beach. The Property A detached two bedroom bungalow which the vendor purchased back in 1966 brand new from 'Valiant Homes'.
