" The property comprises a three bedroom end of terrace house in need of some refurbishment. The main entrance is on the front and the entrance hall gives access to both the kitchen/breakfast room and the lounge/dining room and the stairs lead off to the first floor.

The lounge/diner is double aspect to both the front and the rear with uPVC double glazing, a door to the rear garden and there is an open fireplace. The kitchen/breakfast room is triple aspect with windows facing the front and rear and a door leading to a covered lean to area ideal for hobbies. There is also an under stair cupboard.

To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a shower room with w.c and there is a separate second w.c.

Externally there is an enclosed front garden with access down the side via the lean to. There are double timber gates along the side boundary which gave access to a hard standing area and lead to the garage in the rear garden.
