" The property comprises a detached chalet bungalow remodelled in recent years to now offer spacious and modern accommodation. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall and impressive staircase and galleried landing which make quite a feature. There is a ground floor cloakroom off plus under stairs storage.

Going through to the rear of the property there is a contemporary kitchen/breakfast room with integrated appliances open plan to the dining room and the lounge. A separate utility room leads off the kitchen. The lounge has a bay window with French doors into a large conservatory with vaulted ceiling. The conservatory has French doors onto the rear garden which is about 100' deep by over 40' wide and enjoys good seclusion.
