Full description:
From the entrance hallway there is a storage cupboard and a downstairs cloakroom with a modern white suite.

A glass panel door leads into a good size lounge with rear aspect window and a large sliding glass door leading into the conservatory. The conservatory has numerous opening windows and double doors leading directly onto the garden.

There is a separate dining room which leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a good selection of drawers and cupboards. Space and plumbing is provided for Dishwasher, Dryer, Washing Machine and an American style fridge/freezer, there is a five burner gas hob and electric integral oven. Another door provides side and rear access.

Upstairs a very light and open landing provides access to the three bedrooms and first floor bathroom. The master is a good sized double and has a large sliding wardrobe. Bedroom two is also a double bedroom with a fitted double wardrobe. There is also a third single bedroom.
The bathroom comprises a modern white three piece suite with electric power shower above the bath.

Outside there is a large driveway and neatly landscaped low maintenance front garden, there is also a single garage with an up and over door. Next to the garage there are gates leading through to the large corner plot rear garden mostly laid to lawn. Due to the corner position the rear garden is fully enclosed and private, there is also rear access into the garage.
