" A sylish and beautifully presented three bedroom link detached house is situated on the very popular development of the Camellias.

To the front of the property is the lounge with a gas fire and door, glazed bay window to the front. To the rear of the property is a wonderfully appointed kitchen/diner, with fitted fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer, gas hob and electric oven and engineered oak flooring. The dining area has space for a large formal dining table with a back door to the side leading out to the rear patio. With plenty of windows to the rear over looking the garden this kitchen/diner has plenty of natural light making this a spacious and welcoming sociable area for all the family.
