Full description:
The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, two of which are generously sized doubles both with fitted wardrobes, bedroom three is a small double, all serviced by a three piece bathroom with walk-in bath/shower, wc and basin with vanity unit, fully tiled walls. There is also a separate cloakroom.

The lounge/diner is a substantial room with a feature stone fireplace and hearth with gas fire and sliding patio doors out to the conservatory and a large window overlooking the rear garden. The dining area flows through into the dual aspect kitchen which has a range of beech effect base and eye level units with space and plumbing for a washing machine, large fridge/freezer and cooker and a door leads out to the garden. There is a good sized conservatory with pitched roof and built in blinds with sliding door.

Outside the delightful and private south facing rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a small pond and two patio areas, lean-to and shed down the side of the property. There is a recently laid drive at the front with the remainder laid to shingle and mature shrubs surrounded by hedging.
