" White Rose Farm is a, modern, 4 bedroom detached farmhouse situated on the very fringe of the National Nature Reserve of Holt Heath, being tucked away from the main village road, along an unmade privately owned lane, just over 3 miles from Wimborne town centre. Standing in gardens, grounds and a small lake of about 5.932 Acres, White Rose Farm is set on a slightly elevated site, with a superb rural outlook.

White Rose Farm will appeal to those with strong equestrian interests, as there is excellent out riding from Paradise Lane, with easy access to Holt Heath, Whitesheet and Ferndown Forest.

The property has the benefit of 2 large paddocks, a formal garden area of about half an acre, and a small lake. A gravelled driveway leads into a large courtyard, off of which there are 2 large outbuildings including a block of 3 stables (with tack room and feed room), and former garaging which has been converted into an office/studio.

White Rose Farm is set just over 3 miles from Wimborne town centre, yet occupies a location which is tucked away from roads and traffic noise, and is only 20 minutes car ride to the main East Dorset town of Bournemouth.

The existing farmhouse extends to just over 2100 square feet of accommodation, arranged over 2 floors, but has a current planning permission to substantially extend the house, which would benefit from a programme of modernisation and refurbishment. Originally built by the present owners family in 1987, White Rose Farm has never been offered for sale on the open market.
