" A well presented 3/4 bedroom end of terrace town house situated off a private driveway, on this popular residential development.

The property offers a contemporary style of living and design, which has been altered and extended to provide excellent family sized accommodation, and flexibility to meet a number of requirements.

A front door provides access to an entrance hall. There is a downstairs cloakroom, family room/bedroom 4, main open plan living area incorporating lounge, kitchen, dining area and a central staircase. The modern fitted kitchen has post formed work tops, integrated dishwasher, Diplomat 4-burner gas hob, cooker hood, Hotpoint electric double oven and fridge/freezer space. From the lounge there is a double glazed sliding patio door to a rear conservatory (constructed of a brick plinth with a powder coated aluminium double glazed windows,) and doors lead out to the rear garden. Proceed down through Colehill, past a parade of shops on the right, and past Colehill First School on the left. As you drop down the hill, take the second left hand turning into Bridle Way and immediately on the right, a private driveway provides access to Number 8.
