" This detached bungalow is well located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the South Eastern outskirts of Corfe Castle, about three quarters of a mile from the the Village Square and Castle Ruins and within easy reach of Corfe Common and open country.

Built in 1964 of natural Purbeck stone with concrete tiled roof, a loft conversion forming 2 rooms, one with en-suite facilities, was carried out in 1997 however Building Regulation Approval was not applied for at that time.

The quintessential village of Corfe Castle lies at the centre of the Isle of Purbeck and sits to the West of the seaside resort of Swanage (5 miles distant) with its fine, safe, sandy beach and the market town of Wareham a similar distance, which has main line rail links to London Waterloo (approx 2.5 hours). Much of the area surrounding the village is classified as being of Outstanding Natural Beauty incorporating the Jurassic Coast, part of the World Heritage Coastline.

The good sized entrance hall welcomes you to Roean and leads through to the living room which has views of the Purbeck Hills and feature wood-burning stove. Sliding doors open to the conservatory overlooking the landscaped rear garden and with access to the timber deck. The spacious kitchen/dining room is fitted with an extensive range of cream units with contrasting worktops and a large breakfast bar.
