" This one bedroom flat is on the first floor of West Cliff Studios, a gorgeous victorian building in Durley Gardens just minutes from the town centre, clifftop and the beach. The private path at the end of the road leads onto the clifftop gardens with pathways down to the town centre and the beaches.

The flat is in good condition throughout having being redecorated 1 year ago including new carpets. The large windows fill the flat with light which gives the property a bright, airy and spacious feel.




Without question the location is the key to this flat. Minutes from the heart of Bournemouth, and minutes to the beach with the clifftop at the end of the road. The town centre is a real shopping hub and there are lots of eateries and coffee shops close by. Bournemouth has its well publicised nightlife and mix of independent shops and all the top High Street brands. Bournemouth and West Cliff beaches are just a few minutes walk away, and are a part of the 7 miles of award winning beaches. For other entertainment it is a very short walk to the Bournemouth International Centre, the Pavilion Theatre and the cinemas, soon to be joined by the town centres new leisure complex which is currently under construction. More adventurous? Then walk along the promenade past some wonderful beachside restaurants to the famous Sandbanks beaches. You catch the chain ferry there to Studland and the Purbeck Hills, which shelter the area and give Bournemouth its wonderful microclimate.
