" This substantial detached bungalow stands in a quiet residential cul-de-sac approximately half a mile to the South of the town centre and Swanage Beach. It is thought to have been constructed during the 1960s of cavity brick, the upper elevations being cement rendered with a Tyrolean finish, under concrete interlocking tiled roof. The property does require updating but offers scope to carry out a loft conversion (subject to consent) which would have the advantage of views over the town to Ballard Down and the sea.
