" This substantial detached house is well situated in a quiet and favoured residential area near the northern outskirts of Swanage, approximately one and a quarter miles from the town centre. It is within easy reach of local convenience store, open country and North Beach via Ballard Chine.

The property was originally built during the 1950s although extended in more recent times and now offers spacious, contemporary and versatile family accommodation with a large living room with double doors leading to the timber deck and rear garden, harmoniously blending inside and out and providing the perfect entertaining space.

Swanage lies at the eastern tip of the Isle of Purbeck delightfully situated between the Purbeck Hills. It has a fine, safe, sandy beach, and is an attractive mixture of old stone cottages and more modern properties, all of which blend in well with the peaceful surroundings. To the south is Durlston Country Park renowned for being the gateway to the Jurassic Coast and World Heritage Coastline.
