" This spacious detached bungalow is situated in an excellent position on the edge of an exclusive private estate which is located on the Northern outskirts of Swanage, adjoining National Trust land and incorporating a World Heritage Coastline. It has good views of the Purbeck Hills and is some 500m from the sea via Sheps Hollow. It is thought to have been built during the late 1950s/early 60s and has a Purbeck stone plinth, the remainder being cement rendered under a conventional pitched roof covered with concrete tiles.
