" This substantial detached house is well situated in the sought after residential area of North Swanage, approximately 1 mile from the town centre and only 500 metres from the beach. The seaside resort of Swanage is located some 9 miles from the market town of Wareham which has a main line rail link to London Waterloo (approximately 2.5 hours). The popular conurbation of Bournemouth and Poole is also within easy reach via the Sandbanks ferry.

The property is thought to have originally been constructed during the 1950s of traditional cavity brick construction under a plain concrete tiled roof, although extended at the rear in more recent years to provide additional living space. The property is well presented and offers sizeable and versatile accommodation.
