Upton Way is a highly sought after location and number 12 occupies a particularly convenient position within walking distance of Broadstone shopping centre and favoured schools. Upon entry there is a hardwood front door leading to an entrance vestibule which has a glazed screen and panel door to a most attractive open plan reception area which also leads into the dining area overlooking the front garden where there are lattice style windows in hardwood frames. There is also a useful storage cupboard and a semi-circular doorway giving access to a most attractive lounge which has a wood burning stove and two sets of double glazed patio doors leading to the terrace and garden. The kitchen/dining room is particularly spacious and has an excellent range of floor and base cupboards together with a double oven and integrated dishwasher. This leads into a utility room with doors to the garage, cloakroom and storage room. The first floor landing has an access trap to the roof space and an airing cupboard housing the gas fired boiler. Bedroom one has a full width range of mirror fronted wardrobes and overlooks the rear garden. Bedroom two has been integrated with what was originally bedroom four and now forms a dressing room with en suite shower room and WC. This, of course, could revert to a further bedroom, if so desired.
